Booking and Session Policies:

  • Booking Process: You can easily book a Reiki session through our online booking system. Select the desired session and then contact me, or vice versa, to ensure we can find a time.
  • Availability: Sessions are offered during specified hours, and customers can choose the time that best suits their schedule.
  • Booking Confirmation: Once the booking is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation email with details about their session, including the date, time, and additional instructions.
  • Rescheduling: If customers need to reschedule, they can do so within 24 hours of their scheduled session. Contact me, and we will be happy to assist with rescheduling.

Session Policies:

  • Preparation for the Session: To enhance the effectiveness of the Reiki session, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for a great experience.
  • Session Duration: My Reiki sessions will last however long we specified beforehand.
  • Late Arrivals: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If a customer is running late, I will do my best to accommodate, but we may need to adjust accordingly.
  • Cancellations: I kindly request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a [insert percentage]% cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may and will be charged the full session fee.

Satisfaction Policy:

  • Feedback: We value your feedback on your Reiki experience. After each session, you’re invited to share your thoughts, allowing us to improve our services continuously.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are typically not offered for completed sessions. However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience, please get in touch with me, and we will explore options to address your concerns.
